Bluebell North West delivered a rapid internal strip‑out in a building with BrewDog at ground level, located on Peter Street in Manchester city centre. The brief called for a complete removal of internal fixtures and fittings, decommissioning of air‑conditioning, and strip‑out of small power and data.

With the client requiring a fast turnaround, we mobilised quickly and completed the works within five days, handing back a clean, safe shell ready for the next stage.

The Challenge

Carry out a full strip‑out in a busy city‑centre building with an operational bar at ground level, maintaining safety and access while meeting an accelerated programme.
